These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Aurel Beauty website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products

We sell cosmetic and skincare products.

All products are authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers in line with EU standards.

Product descriptions, images and ingredient information are provided for general informational purposes. While we aim for accuracy, minor variations in packaging or formulation may occur due to brand updates.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• All information provided is accurate
• You are authorised to use the selected payment method

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (€).

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept payment methods available at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day and within a maximum of 2 business days.

Delivery is fulfilled either directly by Aurel Beauty or via FastDrop.

Shipping rates:
• €5 for orders below €40
• Free shipping for orders above €40

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Weekend delivery may be available upon request.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetic products may only be returned if:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In original sealed packaging
• Requested within 14 days of delivery

Opened products cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed after inspection and returned to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

However, this right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

8. Product Use & Disclaimer

Our products are cosmetic products only.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

We recommend performing a patch test before use. Aurel Beauty is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from misuse or failure to review ingredient lists.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aurel Beauty shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Delays caused by courier services
• Allergic reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images and branding, is the property of Aurel Beauty and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal data is processed in accordance with EU GDPR regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
