Yes. All products sold by Aurel Beauty comply with EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and are duly registered on the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP). Labelling and ingredient disclosures meet all European safety standards.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Malta and Gozo.

• Orders under €40 — €5 delivery
• Orders above €40 — Complimentary delivery

When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery is usually completed shortly thereafter. While we always aim for next-day dispatch, timelines may vary slightly during peak periods.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product?
Due to hygiene and product integrity standards, we are unable to accept returns on opened skincare items.

Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs, and we will resolve the matter promptly and professionally.
