RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns if the product is unopened and unused. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original sealed packaging and the return is requested within 14 days from delivery.
Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
To request a return, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, together with a clean photo of the item and its packaging.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 10 days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for opened or used skincare products or items returned without its original packaging. Sale or promotional items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
